A suburban street in Buenos Aires where several houses have gone wrong at once. Water running backwards, voices in the sink, a boy who died a week ago sitting at the kitchen table at four in the afternoon.

Demián Rugna directs the set pieces with a confidence that most films save for a finale, and he keeps the lights on: the boy at the table is the most frightening image in the film and it is fully lit and static.

The plot that assembles the incidents into an investigation is much weaker than the incidents.
