The Werewolf and the Yeti

Paul Naschy in the Himalayas, and it is on the DPP list almost certainly because somebody read the title and stopped there.

Naschy played Waldemar Daninsky, a Polish nobleman with lycanthropy, in twelve films across four decades, writing most of them himself. This is the eighth. An expedition looking for the yeti finds a cave, two women, and a curse.

It is a Spanish gothic adventure picture with werewolf makeup, some nudity and a monster suit, and there is nothing in it that would raise an eyebrow in a Hammer film of the same decade.

Naschy is worth knowing about. He made these under Franco's censorship, largely on his own initiative, and was the closest thing Spain had to Lon Chaney.

Successfully prosecuted, which remains one of the least explicable outcomes on the list.
